BOOKING POLICIES
APPOINTMENTS All services are by appointment only. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your total service cost. For last-minute appointments or a time/date not available online, please contact me directly via SMS— a fee will occur.
LOCATION I am home-based, located in New Orleans, LA 70117. The exact address and any additional instructions will be included in your confirmation email. Shampoo services are available as an add-on for clients comfortable being washed in my sink. Otherwise, please arrive with hair washed, detangled, and dried.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Requests made after this window, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Clients who no-show without notice may be required to prepay for future bookings. Same day cancellations will incur a 50% charge of service. No shows will incur a 100% charge of service.
LATE ARRIVALS A 8-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 8 minutes, a $20 late fee will apply. Excessive lateness may require your appointment to be rescheduled and treated as a same-day cancellation, resulting in loss of your deposit.
PAYMENTS I accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and tap payments. All services are non-refundable. Before you leave your appointment, I will confirm that you are fully satisfied with your results — once you've left satisfied, no fixes will be made after the fact.
HAIR POLICY Only high-quality extensions are used for all services — no synthetic or synthetic-blend hair. Lace wigs must be HD. The best quality hair can be found here— please allow up to one week for delivery. Hair I currently have on hand is also available under add-ons.
HEALTH & SAFETY Please inform me of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment. If you're feeling unwell, I kindly ask that you reschedule. No additional guests are allowed at your appointment. If you need to bring a small child, kindly arrange this with me in advance.
