Prior to Booking

Please read our policies before booking an appointment to ensure a smooth process.

Hair Recommendation:

It is highly encouraged that you purchase my premium hair extensions from Talentueuse to ensure long-lasting, quality results. I do not work with synthetic hair nor hair from amazon.

WAYS TO PURCHASE

1. Directly from the website-- talentueuse.co. If you would like me to hold your hair until your appointment, select local pickup for delivery method.

OR

2.Select your lengths in "add-ons" while booking on talentedtye.as.me and I will send you an invoice that must be paid within 24 hours after booking.

Late Policy:

Timelines is key to providing an exceptional experience for every client. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $20 fee will be automatically applied. Your appointment is subject to cancellation after 20 minutes.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. All deposits are nonrefundable/nontransferable.

No Call No Show:

No-call, no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may lead to restrictions on future bookings. Please communicate if you cannot make your appointment.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of the services, refunds are not offered. If there is an issue, please reach out within 48 hours so it can be addressed promptly.

After Hour/Early Bird/Holiday/Same-Day Appointments:

Appointments scheduled outside of normal business hours, on holidays, and booked the same day will incur an additional cost. Text 5042236499 to book.

Hair Prep/Drop Offs:

Please wash and lay your bundles out to air dry 2 days before your appointment. Any lace/wigs that need to be customized, please drop off during business hours at least 3 days prior to your appointment. Same day customization is an additional $20.
